Why should I write a message to the next person working on a goal?

Once you complete a step in a goal, you receive a cheering message in the goal and an ask if you want to write a message to the next person working on the goal.

Writing this message is very helpful to pass on your progress to the colleague working on this goal next and let them know about the work you did. This keeps everyone aligned and documents your progress on the goal, so you can later review it.

You can write a message about:

  • an update on the work so far
  • a message to the files and attachments you have added
  • a suggestion what your colleagues could do or think about when they are working on the next step
  • a question about the work you did

With this messages, you are also documenting the work on the goal and it becomes easier to review decisions later on.
